Andrea Nied, PT, DPT has been a Doctor of Physical Therapy in Colorado since 2011, when she moved to Arvada immediately after finishing physical therapy school. Andrea has extensive experience working with all orthopedic conditions, as well as a specialization in pelvic health. After the birth of her daughter in 2016, Andrea was experiencing low back pain that wasn’t going away with her typical physical therapy work. Then, 6 months after her daughter was born, she decided to take a pelvic floor course, and was blown away that her back pain immediately went away that weekend! The pain was actually coming from the pelvic floor and not her back! She was hooked! After her son was born in 2017, Andrea successfully treated her other postpartum problems including bladder leakage, prolapse, and pelvic pain. In 2018, Andrea and her family moved to London, UK where she became a fully licensed UK Physiotherapist and started a successful physical therapy practice during the COVID pandemic by focusing on serving those in her local community. She is also a certified APPI Matwork Pilates Instructor. In 2021, Andrea, her husband, and two young children made the decision to leave London and return to beautiful Arvada. She is incredibly excited to be home in Colorado and looking forward to meeting you!
