Physical Therapy
At Movement Physio and Wellness, we help people get rid of pelvic floor problems and joint pain to get back to the Colorado mountain activities they love. Physical therapy services such as dry needling, manual therapy, massage, exercise, Pilates, and Kinesio tape can provide pain relief and help restore normal movement patterns to get you back to your workouts and everyday activities.
Pilates
Pilates is an excellent exercise approach to help promote core stability and challenge the mind-body connection through varying levels of core exercises. Pilates is especially useful as a tool for retraining pelvic floor and core function in pregnancy, postpartum, and any person experiencing a pelvic floor condition. Our Pilates classes are taught by Dr. Andrea, owner of Movement Physio and Wellness and Doctor of Physical Therapy. Dr. Andrea is trained and certified in Pilates Matwork exercises with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI).
Yoga
Yoga Flow is a strengthening and healing yoga class that allows you to focus on your body and breath. Through guided breath and power yoga postures, you’ll gain more energy, focus, and balance on and off your mat! Bring a towel, water bottle, and a yoga mat.
